The resale value is $0.00, the marketability of this product is $0.00, your profit margin is $0.00, and the ability to UPSELL/UPGRADE is $0.00. The end result is just another brick and stick cost to you, the homebuilder.

WHAT DOUBLE J PROPOSES

Based upon the same assumptions, you will spend $799.00 per unit which equals, in real dollars, $19,975.00. Average retail value will allow you to markup this package to the homeowner a minimum of 25% for total dollars receivable at $24.968.00. This presents you with an overall profit of $4,993.00!!!
